I had my 2020 Durango towed in June 12th after the motor was flooded and needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the estimate in 5 days and accardi had the check 2 days later. NO communication impossible to get someone to call back, text, email i tried them all. I physically had to go to the dealership just to find out what was going on. Joey Acardi has had my Chrysler Van for 7 months in the service department. Everytime we call we are given the run around. We've asked to speak with the General Manager and he will not even come to the phone. I am on disability and have been without my van for the entire 7 months. The van has been left outside with the windows down which caused leaves and debris to get inside and the humidity is ruining the interior. How is it acceptable that a service department doesn't answer the phone and the text msg service they send when you drop your car off is a wrong number? You call the main number and explain you can't get answers from anyone, and they transfer you to a department that doesn't answer! Is this what customer service looks like now? Their service department has 1 technician. ONE! For a dealership this size youād think thereād be more. Anyway, I had my car towed in, spent $780 to get it fixed. As Iām leaving the lot, they told me the check engine light (which was not on when I dropped it off) would go off after 50 milesā¦ 300 miles later itās still on. The only positive thing about this dealership was dealing with Carlos. He is a man of his word and a pleasure to interact with. The service dept on the other hand is an absolute disaster. Do not take your car here for service. They will keep it for days without even looking at the car. They do not have enough staff to handle the number of cars they take in and the result is extremely poor service. Flat out horrible.

Hopefully, this review saves someone from going to this horrible dealership for service. I went to get other work done (the collision department has good service and tried their best to help), but I had problems with my key fob on a Jeep that I had purchased only six months prior. Was not told there would b 3 credit pulls. Finance manage Kareem lied about 30 day dealer warranty As soon as I drove car off the lot the "check engine" light as well as 2 other error codes came up. When cal to get warranty service. Told by kareem he made mistake. Warranty does not apply to car. You guys sold me a lemon and I will b talking to lawyer This was my worst dealership experience
